Securekloud Technologies Ltds subsidiary, Healthcare Triangle Inc., has acquired the Cloud and Technology business from Securekloud Technologies Inc. for USD 7.20 million; the subsidiary contributed 28.80% of the companys turnover last year, amounting to Rs. 98.00 crores.
