S Chand and Company Ltd's wholly-owned subsidiary, Vikas Publishing House, is selling its printing business to step-down subsidiary Shri Shyamlal Printing Press for ₹53 crores, which constitutes 21.20% of Vikas's turnover and 9% of its net worth, effective October 1, 2025.
