Suratwwala Business Group Ltd announced the reappointment of Mr. Jatin Suratwala as Managing Director and Mr. Manoj Suratwala as Whole-Time Director for five years, and appointed Mrs. Hemaben Sukhadia as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective from the upcoming AGM; Mrs. Prathama Gandhi resigned as Company Secretary, and Ms. Pooja Thorave was appointed to replace her, effective August 16, 2024.
