Sapphire Foods India Ltd has received a demand order from the Additional Commissioner in Chennai for Rs. 112.71 crore across 17 GST registrations, related to alleged tax violations from July 2017 to March 2022; however, the company believes the claim is not maintainable and does not foresee material impact on its operations.
