On 19th September 2025, Sangam India Ltd approved a dividend of Rs. 2 per share, re-appointed Mr. Sudhir Maheshwari as an independent director, and ratified the appointment of secretarial auditors. Shareholders also approved the audited financial statements for the year ended 31st March 2025.
