Ruby Mills Ltd. has provided an update on the litigations and disputes involving Rajput Retail Limited (RRL), State Bank of India (SBI/Bank), and the Company. The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has ordered SBI to transfer Rs. 22.50 crores to the Resolution Professional of Shreem Corporation Limited within two working days, and SBI has confirmed the remittance of the amount. The total claim of Rs. 101 crores has been paid by Ruby Mills and the matter has been disposed of.
