Royal Cushion Vinyl Products Limited announced the reappointment of Mr. Jayesh Motasha as Non-executive Director, appointment of Shah and Kadam as Internal Auditor for FY 2024-25, and plans to borrow up to INR 90 crores from related parties and INR 50 crores from others, all subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting.
