Rossari Biotech Ltd received an order from Joint Commissioner, Central GST & Central Excise, Vadodara-II to its subsidiary Unitop Chemicals Private Limited, imposing a penalty of Rs. 25,35,55,769 for the period from October, 2017 to March, 2022 for an erroneous refund of IGST amount.
