Response Informatics Ltd has approved the acquisition of a stake in Accubits Technologies Private Limited, an AI and blockchain solutions firm, as part of its strategy to diversify revenue and expand into new markets. The acquisition involves a target company with a turnover of Rs. 18.85 Crores and is expected to be completed in four months.
