Primo Chemicals' board approved the appointment of an independent director, and reconstituted internal audit by appointing S.K. Patodia & Associates, replacing H.N. Pradhan & Co. The changes include a resignation effective 31 Dec 2025 and new audit coverage from Jan 2026 onward.
