Precot Limited has entered into a Share Subscription Agreement and Power Purchase Agreement to invest in solar power from Radiance TN Sunrise One Private Limited for a total consideration of Rs. 1,29,80,520, acquiring 4.43% shareholding. The transaction is expected to be completed within 4 to 5 months.
