Naga Dhunseri Group Limited has approved a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 45.77% of Dhunseri Tea and Industries Limited and a Share Sale Agreement to sell 8.79% of Dhunseri Ventures Limited, aiming to strengthen its core tea business. The company will hold a total of 54.56% stake in Dhunseri Tea upon completion, and both transactions require shareholder approval.
