Minda Corporation Ltd provided a corporate guarantee of Rs 15 Crores to HDFC Bank for its wholly owned subsidiary, Spark Minda Green Mobility Systems, to secure working capital credit facilities, which will benefit the company by helping obtain credit at competitive terms.
