Manaksia Aluminium Company Ltd announced on 8th August 2025 the re-appointment of Mr. Shuvendu Sekhar Mohanty as Non-Executive Independent Director for five years and Mr. Anirudha Agrawal as Whole-time Director for three years, both subject to shareholder approval at the AGM on 16th September 2025. They also appointed Mr. Asit Kumar Labh as Secretarial Auditor for five years, pending approval.
