Abhishek Kumar & Associates as the new Statutory Auditors for a period of 5 years starting from the conclusion of their 31st Annual General Meeting, subject to shareholder approval, replacing M/s. Rinkesh Shah & Co. whose tenure ends on September 19, 2025.
