India Cements Ltd reported Q3 FY25 results showing a consolidated net sales of Rs. 940.81 crores, down from Rs. 1,144.46 crores year-on-year; however, the company posted a profit after tax of Rs. 196.22 crores, significantly up from Rs. 0.67 crores a year ago, while net debt decreased to Rs. 886 crores. UltraTech now holds 55.49% of India Cements, marking a change of control as the company becomes a subsidiary of UltraTech.
