Imagicaaworld Entertainment Ltd has approved the acquisition of water parks, theme park, and amusement park owned by Giriraj Enterprises and/or its partners for a lump-sum purchase consideration of Rs. 630 crore, as well as the purchase of assets and leasehold rights of a water park project in Indore for an aggregate consideration of Rs. 140 crore.
