ICICI Bank has received an Order from the GST Department raising a GST demand of ₹10,01,650/-, penalty of ₹1,00,165/-, and interest of ₹9,46,559/- for disallowing input tax credit claimed in contravention of CGST Act, 2017. The Bank will be filing an appeal against the Order.
