Hindustan Oil Exploration Company Limiteds Board of Directors approved the retirement of Mr. Pandarinathan Elango as Managing Director and the reappointment of Mr. Vivek Rae as Independent Director, and the appointment of Mr. Ramasamy Jeevanandam as the new Managing Director.
