Hindusthan National Glass & Industries Ltd. announced that Mr. Amal Chandra Saha will cease to be an Independent Director effective September 17, 2024, due to the completion of his first term of five years; his reappointment or replacement will be discussed at the Committee of Creditors meeting this month.
