Hindcon Chemicals has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share and approved the sub-division of equity shares from 1 share of Rs.10 each to 5 shares of Rs.2 each. They have also approved the appointment of Mrs. Divyaa Newatia as an Independent Director.
