On February 22, 2025, Heads UP Ventures Ltd approved raising funds through issuing up to 6,64,17,000 fully convertible warrants at Rs. 15 each, totaling approximately Rs. 99.63 crores. They also plan to increase authorized share capital from Rs. 40 crores to Rs. 90 crores, subject to shareholder approval.
