The company has accepted the resignation of Ms. Ritu Nayak as Company Secretary and Compliance officer and appointed Ms. Asha Parmar as the new Company Secretary and Compliance officer. They have also appointed Mr. Rakesh Dutta as Chief Financial Officer and Mr. Himanshu Togadiya as the Secretarial Auditor.
