Gretex Industries Limited is declaring that they are exempted from certain corporate governance provisions as their company is listed on the SME Exchange and falls within the prescribed limit of Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
