EIH Associated Hotels Ltd. has approved the development of a 125-room five-star Trident Hotel in Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, with an estimated investment of Rs.160 crore, and it will cater to domestic and international travelers. The hotel is proposed to be in operation by 30th March 2027 and will be financed through internal accruals and debt. The company will also enter into a management agreement with EIH Limited to manage the proposed hotel.
