EFC (I) Limited has fully utilized the proceeds in the respective quarter received from the allotment of Equity Shares of the Company pursuant to conversion warrants into equity shares as per the objects mentioned in the notice of Preferential Issue of allotment of equity shares to the Promoters and Non-Promoter group to whom the equity shares and warrants were issued.
