Dhanlaxmi Bank has allotted 150 unsecured redeemable non-convertible subordinated Tier-II bonds totaling Rs. 150 Crores at a face value of Rs. 100 lakhs each, offering 10.50% interest per annum, with allotment and coupon payments effective from April 07, 2025.
