Chandra Prabhu International Ltd. has amended its Memorandum of Association to include a focus on innovative agricultural practices such as vertical and horizontal farming, aquaponics, and the use of modern technology. The changes were approved in the 39th Annual General Meeting held on September 20, 2024.
