Century Enka Ltd. has approved the appointment of Mr. Jayant Vasant Dhobley as an Additional Director and Mr. Alok Upadhyay as Unit Head, Pune Plant. They have also noted the resignation of Mr. Devajyoti Nirmal Bhattacharya and the retirement of Mr. Shivappa Agasimani.
