Carborundum Universal Ltd. has acquired an additional 10,528 equity shares (2.06% of paid-up capital) in PLUSS Advanced Technologies, increasing its total holding to 74.06%. This acquisition is in line with the Share Subscription and Shareholders Agreement and is intended to gradually increase their stake in PLUSS.
