Bajaj Holdings & Investment Ltd. has disclosed the acquisition of Timken India Limited, with a shareholding/control of 0.0153% on the date of acquisition and a cumulative shareholding/control of 0.1516% up to the date of acquisition, at a cost of Rs. 3.90 Crore on the date of acquisition and a cumulative cost of Rs. 38.34 Crore up to the date of acquisition.
