Auro Laboratories Ltd. informed that the company has accepted the resignation of its previous statutory auditors, M/s Khurdia Jain & Co., and approved the appointment of M/s Kothari Jain & Associates as the new statutory auditors. The appointment is subject to approval at the upcoming AGM.
