Nibe Ordnance's subsidiary, Global Munition Limited, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Premier Explosive Limited to establish a Joint Venture, where Nibe will hold 51% and PEL will hold 49%. The JV will focus on developing, manufacturing, and supplying ammunition and other defense products.
