Agarwal Float Glass India Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Board meeting held on September 15, 2023, where they approved the extension of time for holding the Annual General Meeting for the F.Y. 2022-23 for a period of 03 months, subject to confirmation of order received from ROC Jaipur. They also approved the appointment of Statutory Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2023-24, subject to the approval of the members in the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
