Zura Bio Ltd and JATT Acquisition Corp entered into Amendment No. 2 to Forward Purchase Agreement, with the Purchasers agreeing to purchase up to 1,500,000 shares of JATT's Class A ordinary shares from the Company for up to $15,000,000.
