On July 25, 2025, Zebra Technologies Corporation appointed Ms. Mary McDowell as a Class I director and increased the Board size from ten to eleven; she will serve on the Audit Committee as well. Her term will last until the 2027 Annual Meeting, with compensation in line with existing director arrangements.
