YPF Sociedad Anónima announced it repurchased Ps. 29.3 billion (approximately US$ 20.2 million) of its Class XXI Notes between December 2-3, 2025. The repurchase was done at an average price of 99.46% of their nominal value, and these notes are due in January 2026.
