On October 31, 2025, shareholders of Nova Lifestyle, Inc. approved an increase of authorized shares from 250 million to 5 billion and changed the company name to XMax Inc., effective November 3, 2025. The majority vote showed strong support with over 26 million in favor for both proposals.
