TeraWulf Inc. announced the appointment of William Tanimoto as Chief Accounting Officer effective June 20, 2025, following the resignation of Kenneth Deane, who also resigns the same day (May 29, 2025). Tanimoto has over 14 years of experience including time at Deloitte LLP and has been with TeraWulf since August 2023.
