On March 18, 2026, Waste Connections, Inc. announced the appointment of Daniel L. Florness to its Board of Directors, increasing the board size from eight to nine members, effective April 1, 2026. Florness, currently CEO of Fastenal, will also serve on the Audit Committee and will receive standard non-employee director compensation.
