Washington Federal Inc entered into an Agreement for Purchase and Sale of Loans with Bank of America to sell approximately 2,000 commercial multi-family real estate loans with a current aggregate unpaid principal balance of $3.2 billion for a total purchase price of approximately $2.9 billion.
