On September 4, 2025, Viasat's stockholders approved changes to the 1996 Equity Participation Plan, allowing up to 6,410,000 new shares for issuance and amendments to the Employee Stock Purchase Plan increasing shares to 16,950,000. Additionally, Richard Baldridge and Sean Pak were elected as Class II Directors.
