VolitionRx Ltd. has terminated the employment of Dr. Salvatore Butera, CEO of its subsidiary, effective January 31, 2026, for operational reasons, with his role being eliminated as part of cost-realignment efforts. He will continue to provide advisory services on a part-time basis after his departure.
