Telefônica Brasil S.A. confirmed the acquisition of 24.99% and 25.01% of shares from Fibrasil, previously held by CDPQ and Fibre, on January 9, 2026, as agreed on July 10, 2025. The company also amended its bylaws to reflect these changes and canceled approximately 34.74 million treasury shares, impacting its share capital which is now R$60.07 billion, divided into over 3.22 billion shares.
