TELEFÔNICA BRASIL S.A. proposed to reduce its capital stock by R$4 billion on December 5, 2025, while reimbursing shareholders without canceling shares. The implementation is subject to approval in an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting, with payment expected by July 31, 2026.
