Vista Energy, S.A.B. de C.V. completed the acquisition of Equinor’s assets on May 7, 2026, buying a 25.1% interest in the Bandurria Sur block and a 35.0% interest in the Bajo del Toro block for $712 million. The production from Bandurria was 82.3 Mboe/d and from Bajo del Toro was 5.4 Mboe/d as of March 31, 2026.
