Uranium Energy Corp. announced it will acquire 100% of Rio Tinto's Wyoming assets for $175 million, which includes the Sweetwater Plant and 175 million pounds of historic uranium resources, enhancing UEC's production capabilities and exploration potential in the Great Divide Basin.
