On July 2, 2025, AgEagle Aerial Systems Inc. dismissed WithumSmith+Brown, P.C. as their independent auditor due to a prior identified material weakness in internal controls related to financial reporting, and appointed Grassi & Co., CPAs, P.C. as the new auditor effective July 9, 2025. There were no disagreements or reportable events during the period with the previous auditor.
