Ageagle Aerial Systems Inc. entered into a Securities Purchase Agreement with Alpha Capital Anstalt for the purchase of Series F Convertible Preferred Stock and a warrant to purchase Common Stock. They also issued a Convertible Note to Alpha. The agreements were amended to extend the time period for Alpha to exercise its Additional Investment Right and increase the principal balance of the Convertible Note.
