On April 13, 2026, AgEagle Aerial Systems Inc. entered into a private placement agreement to invest between $10.0 million and $14.95 million in ThirdEye Systems for shares and rights, forming a joint venture called ThirdEye USA to provide counter-drone products in the U.S. and Canada.
